There is a wooden floor board at bottom, the floor board is removable. The items will not be resting on the floor.

Yes, need the mattress more than 8 inch thickness.

Hi. The storage bed internal depth is 12 inches and external depth is 14 inches. Depending on your mattress height, if it's 10 inches the total height will be 24 inches high.

Hi. It can hold up to 16 inches thick mattress. So shouldn't be an issue.

Can the storage store a large sized luggage?
Hi. The internal depth is 12 inch. If the thickness of the large sized luggage is within 12 inches it should be able to fit. Otherwise you can visit our experience store or contact our customer service to upgrade the internal depth to 14 inches.

Hi. There is 6 months warranty under manufacturer defect, 3 years warranty for German Hydraulics.
