Cancellation of order.
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 48 hours before delivery date. You can notify our customer service team by calling +65 6950 2657 during office hours or email us at enquiry@megafurniture.sg. Order invoice number will have to be provided for our team to process the cancellation. Cancellation of clearance and customised item is not allowed after confirmation of order.
Selection of delivery dates & time.
The delivery date and time you’ve selected is only tentative. Our customer service team will contact you once the order is placed to confirm with you the date and timing for delivery. We’ve requested for your preference in date and time such that we can plan the delivery route to cater to your requirements as a value-added service. In the event we are unable to keep within the time frame, we will inform you of the changes in the delivery time frame the day before delivery.
Changing of delivery date, delivery timing and delivery address after order is placed.
Changing of delivery information must be made at least 48 hours before the original delivery date or 48 hours before the new delivery date. You can notify our customer service team about the changes by calling +65 6950 2657 during office hours or email us at enquiry@megafurniture.sg. Order invoice number will have to be provided for our team to process the changes. Requests for change of delivery information are subjected to Megafurniture's delivery schedule and discretion. Additional charges may apply (if any) depending on the changes.

Change, add or remove items after order is placed.
Changing, adding or removing of items in order must be made at least 48 hours before delivery date. You can notify our customer service team about the changes by calling +65 6950 2657 during office hours or email us at enquiry@megafurniture.sg. Order invoice number will have to be provided for our team to process the changes in the order. Changes to items in the order are subjected to stock availability and delivery lead time. Changes to customised item is not allowed after confirmation of order. Delivery charges will apply if removing item(s) from order results in order amount lowered to below $300 (requirement for free delivery).

Combining two or more orders. (same delivery date and timing)
Request to combine two or more separate orders to schedule for the same delivery date and timing will must be made at least 48 hours before delivery date. You can notify our customer service team by calling +65 6950 2657 during office hours or email us at enquiry@megafurniture.sg. Order number will have to be provided for our team to process the request. Requests to combine orders are subjected to stock availability, delivery schedule and delivery lead time.
Item cannot fit into the lift on the day of delivery.
If the item to be delivered cannot fit into the lift, our delivery team will notify you and assess whether the item can be carried up by stairs as item may be prone to damage narrow stairway or obstructing passageway. Megafurniture reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery and refund you the payments made for the order.
For delivery via staircase, additional charges will apply to each item as follows: $10 for every level. (e.g. Delivery to level 6: Additional charges per item = $60 )

Re-Delivery ( missed delivery date and timing )
If you missed the delivery date and timing (not at home), it is up to our delivery team's discretion to wait for you subjected to their delivery schedule for that day. Additional charges will apply depending on item for scheduling of re-delivery on another delivery date and timing.

Reject item upon delivery
You have the right to reject the item if there are manufacturing defects or damage at no cost or schedule for an exchange. You can contact our customer service team to schedule for an exchange by calling +65 6950 2657 during office hours or email us at enquiry@megafurniture.sg. Rejection of item upon delivery is not allowed for clearance items.

Exchange, return or refund of item(s)
Requests to exchange, return or refund have to be made withing 7 days of receiving the item(s). You can contact our customer service team by calling +65 69502657 during office hours or email us at enquiry@megafurniture.sg. Order invoice number will have to be provided for our team to process the request. All clearance and customised item(s) will not be allowed for exchange, return or refund. Megafurniture reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) is eligible for exchange, return or refund.
The refund amount will not include any fees paid for delivery, assembly, specific delivery timing, delivery location, or staircase delivery from the original order.
Mega Furniture Pte. Ltd may charge you for additional fees during the return trip. The charges are as follow:
- Staircase delivery charges (as published on our website) should your premises be inaccessible via the lift
- Delivery location surcharge; For returns of products to selected locations, delivery surcharges that were charged to these selected locations will not be refunded. If the returns are to be done in surchargeable locations, the surcharge will be charged again for the returns.
- Delivery timing surcharge; For deliveries after 6pm, a surcharge of $30 applies.
Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. Mega Furniture Pte. Ltd. has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
Return Policy
- We accept returns of all non-customized and non-clearance items. Return the item to us within 24 days and get a full refund, minus 18% of the product price as a return fee. The item should be unused, undamaged, in resellable condition, and in its original packaging fully intact.
- We do not accept returns of bedsheets, pillows, mattress protectors, bolster protectors, bolsters, pillow protectors, etc., that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, or with traces of fragrance or odors.
- Mega Furniture Pte Ltd has the right to determine whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject items deemed unsuitable.
- If you are unable to bring back the purchased item due to size or inconvenience, transportation can be arranged to return the item to our warehouse. A transportation fee of $50 per item (excluding bedroom sets and wardrobes) will be charged to you. For wardrobes and bedroom sets, a transportation fee of $100 per item will be charged.
Request for returns should be made to us within twenty-four (24) days from the delivery date for a full refund. The full refund amount will exclude any delivery, assembly, delivery timing, delivery location and/or staircase delivery fees paid when the original order was made.
All products qualify for a return except for the following:
- Customised products
- Clearance products
- Products that require on-site assembly
- Modular Wardrobes
- Bedroom sets
- Products that are not in new and unopened condition
- Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discoloured, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odours
