This is the first time I purchased a sofa without trying it. I did read the previous reviews and also contacted the Custer service officer to check on this sofa. Impressed with the level of service and they were very friendly too.
Sofa was delivered on the said date and was securely wrapped. The delivery guys were fast in unwrapping and fixing it. Comfort wise, it is quite nice to sit on and the color is very earthy as well which suits my living room.
Overall I would give it 5 stars.
Took close to 3 months after ordering due to manufacturing.
Sofa turns out a lot lighter compared to the colour shown at the website. It is hard at first but gets more comfortable afterwards.
Nevertheless, am satisfied with the purchase.
