7. What is the E1 error in my blender?
Answer: This is an error code that will appear if the lid is not locked onto the jug. It is a safety feature to prevent splashing of ingredients out of the blender. Simply place the lid on top and rotate it to be aligned with the jug handle!
8. How long is the warranty period and how do I claim for repair during the warranty?
Answer: The local SG warranty is for 1 year. You can sign up for your warranty on www.toyomi.com.sg and screenshot a photo of your confirmed order in the field to register your warranty. Serial number can be found on the silver label on the product itself. If your product is not working during the warranty, please come down to our customer service centre 459-461 Geylang Road s389420 to send your product in for repair.
