During coordination email, it was advised that the chairs will be in box (4pcs per box). I ordered 8pcs. The delivery came on time, but without boxes. I immediately reported the missing boxes (which I really need for forward shipping). The boxes were delivered the following week, together with the replacement for 1pc chair with deep scratch. Also I need to trim some sharp edges of the chairs. Overall, very nice and comfortable chairs, hassle-free ordering; and very accommodating [online] staff.
The chair’s quality looks good and durable. Only felt that the seat height 46cm is rather high comparing to my previous only 40cm. Hope that manufacture will look into this... thanks.
