Your staff (Hao/Jing) initially informed that the sofa had to be made to order and would only be delivered by late Mar, or mid-Mar if possible. At point of order, the website showed delivery between 22 Feb and 02 Mar 2022.
The staff was asked to try his/her best for earlier delivery as the tenant will be without use of sofa if delivery is delayed. If delivery could not be met as stated, the expected dates in website should have been changed and we would have ordered another item.
Thanks to effort by your staff, delivery was made on 23 Feb. They did a great job.
