The following Delivery Rates stated are per invoice to a single address in one trip:
Free Delivery
Orders must be at least worth S$200 dollars to be eligible for free delivery.
To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must be accessible by elevator/lift.Ā (i.e. on the same storey as the lift landing) or on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

After Hours Delivery Fees
Any delivery time slots requested to be scheduled after 6pm during standard delivery days will be subject to a S$80 dollars surcharge. Our standard delivery time range is 3 hours.
Eg:
- 3pm to 6pm will not incur any surcharge
- After 4pm requests (4pm-7pm), S$80 dollars surcharge per item applies.

Delivery Surcharge for Saturday
- For Condominiums, S$80 dollars surcharge applies.
- For HDB/Landed, S$40 dollars surcharge applies.

Staircase Delivery Fees (Furniture)
Kindly note that standard Passenger Lifts are unsuitable for the delivery of sofas with widths greater than 215cm.
If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator breakdown upon delivery crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) Megafurniture will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.
Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per non-wardrobe/wardrobe item will be as follows:
- Additional S$10.00Ā per non-wardrobe itemĀ transported to aĀ non lift-accessible storeyĀ
- Additional S$20.00 per wardrobe transported to aĀ non lift-accessible storey
- Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.
