Furniture

All furniture comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Mattresses

Coverage varies by model — some mattresses are warrantied for up to 25 years. Check the product page for the exact term.

Not covered

A small number of categories sit outside warranty coverage.

Assembly

Warranty does not cover products that have been wrongly assembled by the customer.

Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable product and supplier warranty terms. MegaFurniture reserves the right to assess each warranty claim based on the condition and circumstances of the product.

How a claim works

We assess

We'll contact you and arrange for our service team to look at the issue, either remotely or in person.

We repair

In most cases the item can be repaired, and that's the route our service team will take first.

Or we exchange

If it's beyond repair, we'll exchange it for an identical item, or one of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
