What is the Batu Pahat Factory Fair?
The Johor Batu Pahat Factory, part of our own manufacturing facility, is opening its true floor price to Singapore for two days, and it happens to land on the same dates as our 9th Anniversary. Two celebrations, one event, one showroom.
Why are prices lower during this event?
Two reasons, stacked on top of each other. It's our 9th Anniversary, so we're celebrating like we do every year. It's also the Batu Pahat Factory Fair, so we're opening the Johor Batu Pahat Factory's true floor price to you directly—no importer fee, no distributor markup and nothing tacked on between the factory floor and the price tag. We save on the way in, and for two days, that saving is yours too.
What does Factory Direct Pricing mean?
It means the price you see is what our own factory charges, not what a reseller quietly adds on top. Because we manufacture the furniture ourselves, this saving is built into how we operate, not a temporary discount that will be quietly removed later.
Where is the event held?
The MegaFurniture Singapore Showroom, 134 Joo Seng Road, Level 2, Singapore 368359. Not Malaysia. The Johor Batu Pahat Factory is where we manufacture; the Factory Fair itself takes place entirely at our Singapore showroom.
Can I reserve products before visiting?
Yes. RSVP to reserve your preferred pieces and pricing ahead of your visit, subject to availability. There's no obligation to buy.
How long is the promotion?
The Batu Pahat Factory Fair runs from 8–10 August 2026 only, at our Singapore showroom.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Free delivery across Singapore applies to all anniversary purchases, with standard delivery timelines confirmed at checkout.
What payment options are available?
PayNow, GrabPay, Atome, credit card and flexible instalment plans are all accepted during the event.
What warranty applies to anniversary purchases?
Every sofa, mattress, dining set and wardrobe carries the standard MegaFurniture manufacturer warranty, the same as our main collection.
