EA Interior Design is a CaseTrust-accredited interior design boutique that has completed multiple bespoke projects, including Dennis Chew’s 36-year-old Resale Executive Maisonette, featured in various media outlets in Singapore. The hotel-like abode of the multi-talented Love 972 DJ boasts a cosy and functional elegance influenced by his unique design vision, featuring an open-concept layout, a notable sofa-less living room setup, an area to showcase awards, and lots of expressive details mirroring the dweller’s passion for creativity. “Before I started designing his place, I spent about a month interacting with him, knowing his habits, lifestyle, and all that.”

In 2022, Mr. Edwin Chew received a Singapore Interior Design Award (SIDA) honorary recognition on behalf of the team for its exquisite residential design. Committed to its craft, the firm is currently working on expanding its expertise in Jakarta while actively building its name in Singapore’s interior design scene. “For me, interior design is about passion.” Edwin Chew, the founder, and his like-minded associates face each new design project with excitement and utmost commitment. “I guess clients can feel our passion when they speak to us.” During the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the firm’s significant challenges included the lack of personal interactions with its clients—its signature approach. Thankfully, through the clients’ trust, the boutique has successfully formulated virtual procedures to capture the essence of each project’s designs while ensuring the efficiency of its operations.
