Understanding Megafurniture's Return Policy Charges
Products Eligible For Return
You have the option to return products if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Requests for returns must be made within Twenty-Four (24) days from the delivery date for a full refund. However, the full refund amount will exclude any delivery, assembly, delivery timing, delivery location, and/or staircase delivery fees paid when the original order was made.
- All products qualify for a return except for the following:
- Customised/Custom Made products
- Clearance products
- Products that require on-site assembly
- Modular Wardrobes
- Bedroom sets
- Products that are not in new and unopened condition
- Products that have been used, stained, torn, washed, discoloured, dented, damaged, and/or with traces of fragrance or odours
Additional Fees
- Megafurniture may charge you for additional fees during the return trip, including:
- Staircase delivery charges
- Delivery location surcharge
- Delivery timing surcharge
Conditions for Return
- Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and with its original packaging fully intact.
- Megafurniture has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
Delivery Charges
- There are no delivery charges for all purchases that are self-collected from our warehouse.
- Free Delivery: Orders must be at least worth S$300 to be eligible for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery Fees: For orders below S$300, standard delivery fees apply based on purchase amount.
- After Hours Delivery Fees: Any delivery time slots requested to be scheduled after 6pm during standard delivery days will be subject to a S$80 surcharge.
- Delivery Surcharge for Saturday: For Condominiums, S$80 surcharge applies. For HDB/Landed, S$40 surcharge applies.
Staircase Delivery Fees
- For furniture, additional charges per non-wardrobe/wardrobe item apply for staircase delivery.
- For electronic appliances, additional charges per appliance apply for staircase delivery.
- Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.
Delivery Surcharge for Selected Locations
- There will be a S$30 surcharge for delivery to Sentosa/Jurong Island/Military Camps.
