We understand how it feels when you are eagerly waiting for your sofa for days, or even weeks..The one you imagined sinking into after a long day. But when it arrives, it doesn’t quite fit the way you hoped. 


We get it- these unexpected things happen. That’s why Megafurniture offers a generous return policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within twenty-four (24) days from the delivery date for a full refund. No fuss, no stress. Just pure peace of mind.

What Can You Return?

Megafurniture is here to make things right, but just like any other shop, we have a few exceptions. 

Below are the exceptions:

  • Customised products
  • Clearance items
  • Products requiring on-site assembly
  • Modular wardrobes
  • Bedroom sets
  • Items not in their original, unopened condition
  • Products that have been used, stained, damaged, or altered in any way
  • All electrical appliances, air conditioners, and lighting

In a nutshell, as long as your item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, you’re good to go!


Understanding the Process

Returning something shouldn't be a headache. Here’s how we make it simple:

  • Staircase Delivery Charges: If your place is not accessible by lift, a surcharge based on the number of floors our movers need to climb will apply. This fee will also apply to the return trip.
  • Delivery Location Surcharge: Some areas have delivery surcharges which are not refunded and will apply again if the return involves these locations.
  • Delivery Timing Surcharge: Returns scheduled after 7pm will incur a surcharge, applicable again for the return trip.

We’ll schedule the pickup based on our available logistics. There’s only one thing that we will ask of you. Please make prior arrangements before making your trip to our warehouse for a hassle-free transaction, otherwise, the returns won’t be accepted. How To Get Your Refund?

For local orders, returns are free. Here’s how we process refunds:


Cash on Delivery: Refunds via bank transfer within fourteen (14) working days.


Credit Card/Installment Payment Plan: Refunds processed via the original payment method.


PayPal: Refunds follow PayPal’s refund procedures. For more details, click here.
