Megafurniture placed second, preceded by IKEA Singapore, among thousands of relevant brands according to the recent customer survey. The Straits Times unveiled the list on the 24th of August, recognising the best customer service providers consisting of both traditional and online retail services in Singapore among 1,600 brands and 93 retail categories.
The list is a result of 44,000 independent evaluations through online access panels of over 4,700 survey samples consisting of customers who have made purchases or used services in the past three years. These online access panels were provided by professional survey companies to target diverse socio-demographic participants that passed the survey requirements. Relevant retailers were pre-researched by the global data and business intelligence portal Statista based on their presence, relevance, and turnover. The final brand assessment included the range of services, quality of communication, the team’s professional competence, customer acknowledgement, and accessibility of the customer service helpline.
