Waited almost a month before my storage beds came. Delivery guys were very efficient and took about 20min to fix up my 2 beds.
The customer service was prompt tho I have to keep on sending messages but no complaints on this. They delivery men who came are Indians and on all 3 occasions they are very helpful as much as competent. I have no no complaints on this one and applaud their initiatives to have their hands washed before handling the items. The bed frame all three are very nicely done and I am very happy with it. Thank u mega furniture.
The installation was quick and well done. And they even demonstrated the lifting up of the part with the mattress after putting my new mattress on the frame for me. Have to air out the storage space because it's got a little bit of an unpleasant smell due to the faux leather, but that's nitpicking already because actually overall I'm super satisfied.
Product looks better than in the picture. Storage space is useful and the delivery process was good. Would recommend this bedframe.

Hi, including s standard mattress, how high will the bed be? The HT given in specs is for headboard I believe.
Hi. The storage bed internal depth is 12 inches and external depth is 14 inches. Depending on your mattress height, if it's 10 inches the total height will be 24 inches high.

Hi, How heavy is the mattress it can hold? Pocketed spring mattress is about 50kg?
Hi. It can hold up to 16 inches thick mattress. So shouldn't be an issue.
