# Megafurniture's Furniture Trade-In Program | Terms and Conditions

**Terms and Conditions**

-   Mega Furniture Pte. Ltd, retains full ownership and rights to this mattress trade in and furniture Trade-In scheme. All decisions and changes regarding this program are at the sole discretion of Mega Furniture Pte. Ltd.
-   The trade-in transaction is deemed complete only upon the issuance of a sales order from Mega Furniture Pte. Ltd, provided that at least 50% of the payment for the new product has been made. Until this payment is received, the trade-in is not considered finalised.
-   Trade-in in only applicable for items that available at the Megafurniture Physical Experience Centre.
-   Mega Furniture Pte. Ltd may update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
